Hair removal cream

Use of depilatory creams for hair on face portion is well-known among women, everyone knows about this cream.  But is everyone aware that depilatory creams have been slowly but successfully penetrating the community of men as well?  Am I seeing a sarcastic grin or raised eyebrow?  It might seem very metrosexual or “pro-feminine” but it’s a fact.  While on this topic, I would like to share an idea about facial depilatory creams formulated for male and female.

Whether this cream is made for men or women, it works in similar way.  Depilatory creams burn the hair chemically by destroying the keratin or protein of hair follicles on the skin’s surface.  These creams have calcium thioglycolate and sodium thioglycolate.  The concentration and ingredients from other product differs a little according to the patient’s skin type, gender, and other conditions.  But the use and application do not change.  After cleansing the face with lukewarm water and soap, pat it dry with a clean cloth or towel.  Lather the face where there is unnecessary hair with the cream, utilizing the spatula included in the package.  Rubbing the depilatory cream against the treated skin should be avoided.  Let the cream stay on the targeted hair according to the specified time (usually 5 or 10 minutes).  During this period, the chemicals included in the depilatory cream will start working by turning the unnecessary hair present on around the face into a form similar to a jelly mass.  When the instructed waiting time is over, the jelly mass can be removed using lukewarm towel or by washing it using a mild soap and lukewarm water.
